Description

This class will cover the hand sewing technique of English Paper Piercing (EPP) and will go over different methods for basting and joining shapes. You will make a Hexie flower mug rug to take away ! No sewing machine required in this class but we do have 6 of them at hand should we need them ! EPP is ideal for social sewing or if you don,t have a sewing machine at home. Techniques covered will include in addition to EPP : fussy cutting, hand applique and hand quilting.

What is included: Fabric ,thread & needles, hexie papers, mug rugs and clover clips and of course all the tea & coffe you can drink and as always plenty biscuits!

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the class a full refund will be given, or you can choose to move your booking to another class of the same value. Complementary lunch is provided on our all-day classes. This consists of soup and a sandwich option. The soup will be vegetarian and there will be at least one choice of vegetarian sandwich. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for any other dietary requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: Our studio is on the first floor and there is no lift.
