Learn how to make beautiful, professional curtains for your own home in this masterclass.
In this class we will show you how to make both eyelet curtains and pinch pleat curtains. You will learn how to measure your window acurately and we will walk you through constructing a sample of each type of curtain. Our expert tutor, who is an industry expert, will share all her tips and tricks for professional curtains and show you how to line your curtains, how to use header tape and how to ensure your curtains hang perfectly.
You will take home your own samples, mini versions of completed curtains and all the skills and knowledge you need to make your own made to measure curtains.
This class is aimmed at confident adult beginners. You need to be familiar with a sewing machine to complete this class, and have completed some simple sewing projects. 🧵

We will provide you with everything you need to make your sample curtains, 2 types of header tape, main fabric, lining and all of the sewing kit and haberdashery you will need. And of course, all the tea & coffee you can drink!
This class is for you if:
You have used a sewing machine before, we will not cover opperating and threading the sewing machine on this class so it is best suited to those who have sewn before (on any sewing machine) or thoes who have completed our beginners course.
This class is not for you if:

LUNCH: We will take a half an hour break for lunch, please bring a packed lunch.
This is not really enough time to pop to the shops to buy something, so please bring your lunch with you so that we can ensure you have enough time to complete all of the projects.
We have a fridge you can store your lunch in and a microwave should you need. We will provide tea, coffee and biscuits.
