Just like our original and sell out Dressmaking Club, but a daytime, term time club!

Are you in the club?

The Sew You Can Dressmaking club is your chance to meet up with other sewists every week and work on the project of your choice with expert help and the support and encouragement of other club members.

What's it all about?

The Dressmaking club aims to provide support and encouragement. To create a friendly community of sewists and give you dedicated ME time, out of the house, away from work, to be creative and relax with friends.

Maybe you feel you never get the time at home to sew, perhaps you don't have the space to work on the projects you like to try. Maybe you are just not confident enough to try a new pattern without a little bit of help. Our dressmaking club will provide all of this.

You can bring along any project you wish and work on it whilst you are at the club.

When is it on?

Meeting every Wednesday from 10am - 12:30pm in our beautiful studio, you will be able to use all of the studio facilities, which include top-of-the-range Janome digital sewing machines, overlockers and cutting height tables. There will always be a tutor on hand to ensure you get any guidance you need.

Spaces in the club are strictly limited to ensure that all of our members have the best possible experience. Membership is based on a subscription, which runs from month to month, and you can cancel at any time.  The daytime club will only run during school term time, because of this the cost is less that the evening club.

After signing up to this club you will be sent an email to activate your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Enhance your skills

The ONLY way to become a more confident dressmaker is to do it. To actually start a project, work through it, learn from it and take your new skills on to the next project. Doing this at home can be overwhelming. You come to a part of the pattern that seems confusing, or maybe its hard to focus with family life going on all around you. Maybe space is the problem, perhaps you don't have the room to cut out your fabric or leave your sewing machine set up. That's when the dressmaking club comes in! Meet up regularly with the same lovely group of sewist in our bright, spacious sew!          Sounds bliss to me!
